Senior Vice President, Business Development

Greg has more than 30 years of executive leadership, sales, management, and business development experience in the healthcare industry. The majority of his career has been focused on leading teams and providing solutions with an emphasis on revenue cycle management applications. He has extensive experience in developing strong internal teams and building client and strategic partner relationships. Greg has worked closely with all types of provider clients, including major hospitals and healthcare systems across the country. He is an active member of several organizations including HFMA and AAHAM.

Blake Seitz

Vice President, Strategy

Blake brings nearly 20 years of healthcare experience to Ovation Healthcare. He has led initiatives both as a consultant and internal health system leader to accomplish enterprise-wide, facility specific, and service line strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, affiliations, partnership development and implementation, capital project prioritization, ambulatory planning, hospital-physician alignment, physician network planning, and community health needs assessments for a variety of hospitals and healthcare organizations. His analytical background is key to developing data-driven solutions to meet the unique needs of clients.

Suzette Duhé, FHFMA, CPA

Vice President, Finance

Suzette Duhé brings 9 years of healthcare service experience with a Big Four accounting firm to her role as Vice President of Finance with Ovation Healthcare. Other past experience includes roles in financial operations at for-profit, governmental and not-for-profit systems in Mississippi and Louisiana. She has also served as Chief Financial Officer of a physician-owned hospital, governmentally-owned hospitals, private-equity owned hospitals and clinics, and for-profit psychiatric hospital and clinics.

C. Eric Jones

Senior Vice President, Financial Operations

With more than 22 years in healthcare finance, Eric’s professional experience has advanced from investment analyst and due diligence coordinator roles to progressive financial operations responsibilities across several large acute care hospitals, hospital turnaround project management, and regional financial operations leadership to Ovation Healthcare client hospitals in the eastern division. As Vice President of Finance and Turnarounds, Eric leads Ovation Healthcare’s intensive corporate operating review process and serves the organization’s client hospitals in the development and execution support of financial operations

Chip Holmes

Executive Vice President, Hospital Operations

Chip has more than 30 years of progressive executive healthcare experience and a strong track record for leading hospitals and health systems, governance and leadership teams through effective transformational strategy development. Chip has served in small and large nonprofit and for-profit facilities and their respective healthcare systems in both rural and urban settings. He provides oversight and support for more than 20 Ovation Healthcare hospitals, is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives, and, as a member, received the 2005 ACHE Robert S. Hudgens Memorial Award for Young Healthcare Executive of the Year.
