John Turner

President

John Turner serves as Octave’s President. John brings more than 25 years of progressive and reliable healthcare leadership experience in both for-profit and nonprofit healthcare environments. He has a track record of driving organizational success in operational and financial objectives through a strong makeup of strategic research and operational execution. John establishes an environment of uncompromising integrity within Ovation Healthcare and emphasizes a commitment to vision, values, and purpose while constantly focusing on clients’ needs and feedback.

Chip Holmes

Executive Vice President, Hospital Operations

Chip has more than 30 years of progressive executive healthcare experience and a strong track record for leading hospitals and health systems, governance and leadership teams through effective transformational strategy development. Chip has served in small and large nonprofit and for-profit facilities and their respective healthcare systems in both rural and urban settings. He provides oversight and support for more than 20 Ovation Healthcare hospitals, is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives, and, as a member, received the 2005 ACHE Robert S. Hudgens Memorial Award for Young Healthcare Executive of the Year.

Kristine Keefer Wolff

Senior Vice President, Clinical Solutions

Dr. Kristine Keefer Wolff has 25+ years of system and business unit level health care experience with a history of creating and improving workplace culture, employee engagement and patient outcomes. She is a transformational leader, skilled at relationship building with internal and external partners. Kristine is board certified from the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Nurse Executive-Advanced and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American Organization of Nurse Leaders.

Butch Eavenson

Executive Vice President, New Builds

Butch began his career in healthcare over 25 years ago, holding positions that include both chief financial officer and chief executive officer, and has successfully guided acute care hospitals, outpatient surgery centers, large private physician practices and healthcare facilities to achieve quality initiatives, service line growth and improve financial strength. With his innate ability to problem-solve through inclusion and teamwork, Butch has led the Ovation Healthcare business development team in the start-up of numerous healthcare facilities and works to cultivate a culture of collaboration and trust among community leaders, board members, physicians and residents.

Woody White

Group Vice President

Woody brings over 40 years of healthcare financial and operational experience working as a chief financial officer, chief operations officer and chief executive officer with both not-for-profit and for-profit systems. He currently provides Ovation Healthcare clients with expertise comprising of financial performance improvement and turnaround, strategic planning, financial operations, revenue cycle, physician operations and recruitment, board alignment and education, business development, as well as merger and acquisitions.

Herb Winters

Group Vice President

With more than 40 years in health care operations and finance, Herb’s professional experience spans from CPA at one of the nation’s largest public accounting firms, to serving as a chief financial officer and LTC administrator in the private healthcare sector at rural hospitals and long-term skilled unit facilities. For Ovation Healthcare, Herb provides managerial support and financial expertise to the executives and community board members he serves, keeping the hospital financially viable and an integral part of the community it serves.

Sam Brown

Group Vice President

Sam brings more than 40 years of healthcare experience as a financial leader and advisor in both for-profit and not-for-profit hospitals and health systems. Much of Sam’s experience includes chief financial officer and vice president of finance roles for rural and community hospitals. He has also served as vice president of finance – hospital division for a for-profit, urban healthcare system. Sam serves Ovation Healthcare clients providing assistance for financial monitoring, oversight, advisory services, hospital operations, accounting, revenue enhancement, cost reduction, debt financing, managed care, financial analysis and feasibility, strategic financial planning and multi-facility management.

Erika Sundrud, MA, LSSMBB, CPHQ

Group Vice President

Erika brings 20+ years of experience in healthcare with a focus on operations excellence and improved care delivery. With a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology, Master Black Belt in Lean and Six Sigma, and Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification, Erika expertly designs and improves upon care variation across the continuum of healthcare. An authority on improving quality at rural and community hospitals and healthcare systems alike, she advises clients, boards and senior leaders using her extensive knowledge in developing and leading large projects focused on improving the patient care experience and transitions in care, while stabilizing per capita cost.

Ryan Nestrick, MBA, MHA

Group Vice President

Ryan has vast experience advising boards and leadership teams in making confident actionable decisions to improve healthcare in their community. He works with healthcare organizations to understand their current position and future desired position and is passionate about access to healthcare and how consumers are shaping the future of delivery. When working with Ovation Healthcare clients, he focuses on deploying governance principles and aligning organizational strategy with local action plans to ensure that access to healthcare is advanced throughout their communities.

David Anton

Vice President, Facility Management

David has specialized in healthcare construction, project management and owners’ representative work for over 12 years. In 2008, he transitioned from a primary role in commercial real estate to focus specifically on healthcare projects. David’s portfolio reflects a focus on ambulatory surgical centers and hospitals and other heavy medical assignments, while also being involved in real estate acquisition, developing and constructing clinic space, MOB and some level of non-medical work. David also holds a real estate broker’s license and assists with site selection, facility acquisition and lease negotiation.

C. Eric Jones

Vice President, Finance, Turnarounds

With more than 22 years in healthcare finance, Eric’s professional experience has advanced from investment analyst and due diligence coordinator roles to progressive financial operations responsibilities across several large acute care hospitals, hospital turnaround project management, and regional financial operations leadership to Ovation Healthcare client hospitals in the eastern division. As Vice President of Finance and Turnarounds, Eric leads Ovation Healthcare’s intensive corporate operating review process and serves the organization’s client hospitals in the development and execution support of financial operations

Suzette Duhé, FHFMA, CPA

Vice President, Finance

Suzette Duhé brings 9 years of healthcare service experience with a Big Four accounting firm to her role as Vice President of Finance with Ovation Healthcare. Other past experience includes roles in financial operations at for-profit, governmental and not-for-profit systems in Mississippi and Louisiana. She has also served as Chief Financial Officer of a physician-owned hospital, governmentally-owned hospitals, private-equity owned hospitals and clinics, and for-profit psychiatric hospital and clinics.

Blake Seitz

Vice President, Strategy

Blake brings nearly 20 years of healthcare experience to Ovation Healthcare. He has led initiatives both as a consultant and internal health system leader to accomplish enterprise-wide, facility specific, and service line strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, affiliations, partnership development and implementation, capital project prioritization, ambulatory planning, hospital-physician alignment, physician network planning, and community health needs assessments for a variety of hospitals and healthcare organizations. His analytical background is key to developing data-driven solutions to meet the unique needs of clients.

Senior Vice President, Business Development

Greg has more than 30 years of executive leadership, sales, management, and business development experience in the healthcare industry. The majority of his career has been focused on leading teams and providing solutions with an emphasis on revenue cycle management applications. He has extensive experience in developing strong internal teams and building client and strategic partner relationships. Greg has worked closely with all types of provider clients, including major hospitals and healthcare systems across the country. He is an active member of several organizations including HFMA and AAHAM.
